Grinds’ Social influencer and Athlete Program Terms and Conditions

Grinds’ influencer and athlete program is subject to Grinds’ application approval and compliance with Grinds’ enclosed terms and conditions. Consumer privacy laws apply. Influencers are prohibited from seeking, collecting or obtaining consumer information (PII). Program is administered through the Dovetale influencer marketing system. All applications and approvals must be submitted and processed through Dovetale. Grinds has sole discretion on approving or denying program applications. Grinds has the right to terminate influencer / athlete participation in the program at any time. By joining the program, by default, you agree to these terms and conditions. Influencer and athlete commission compensation is subject to Grinds’ discretion. Commission rates are provided in the application approval notification. Commission rate subject to change at any time, without notice. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Any free product provided to influencers or athletes is solely at Grinds’ discretion and does not apply to all influencers and athletes. State laws apply. Adhering to Grinds’ brand standards is required. Grinds obtains content rights to repost influencers post, utilize posts (images, videos, creative, wording, etc.) of influencers through Grinds’ marketing channels, website and retail outlets.
