It seems like you’re serious about quitting for good, and you’re already in motion to make it happen.
For the next week, we’re going to send you one email every day. Set aside time to read the email and put the information into action immediately. You’re fast-tracking to start your quit in the next week or two, so there’s no time to “do it tomorrow.”
TAKE THE PLUNGE
Decide on your quit date. It should be 7–14 days from now. Once you pick a date, print off a few copies of this Quit Date Declaration and post them in places where you’ll notice them: above your nightstand, next to the bathroom mirror, on your desk at work, etc.
