Do you give free samples?
Yes, but through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram offers. We unfortunately do not give out free samples upon request simply because there are too many!
Does Grinds ship Internationally? To APO/AE addresses?
Absolutely. We ship internationally as well to APO/AE addresses. If shipping outside the United States, simply select your country on the checkout page first. To our servicemen and women, keep the country code as the United States.
Do you offer sponsorships for athletes, fishermen, or gamers?
We currently limit our sponsorships to supplying product for players in MLB/MiLB, NHL/AHL, NFL, NBA, PGA, NASCAR/IndyCar/F1. Please get in touch via email or Twitter DM if you are a professional athlete or coach in those leagues. If not contacting us from a Verified Twitter account, be sure to make it easy for us to verify your employment in the professional league.
I just placed an order and I realized I entered the address wrong.
We ship our orders at 2pm PT Monday through Friday. If you placed an order and realized you have entered the wrong address or wish to cancel the order, please call or e-mail us before the 2pm deadline on the same day.
Where’s my order? It hasn’t arrived yet.
When we ship an order, we include the tracking number in the Order Shipped email and in the order details in your account on the website. If you have placed an order and you expect it should have arrived already, please first reference the tracking number. If the tracking number says it has been delivered but you didn’t receive it, we always recommend double checking that it wasn’t errantly delivered to a neighbor or building close by. If you are unable to find the package, or it is delayed, get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll get back to you with a solution.
If your package was damaged in transit (i.e. ruined cans) or the can or pouches had an issue in manufacturing (coffee leaked throughout the package or pouches aren’t sealed well), please contact us and include your order number as well as a photo of the damaged order. We’ll send out replacement cans right away free of charge.
Can I customize my order?
If you’d like to customize your order, we can usually help you out if you get in touch with us providing the order number immediately after placing the order, and before the daily shipping deadline of 2 pm PT. Contact us here.
How does a subscription work? How do I make changes to or cancel my subscription?
Grinds Subscriptions give you hassle-free, regularly scheduled orders with a cool 10% discount on each order.
When placing a subscription order, sign up for the number of cans you prefer to receive at a time, and then specify your subscription frequency - once a week, twice a month, once a month, every two months or every three months. Your card will be charged and your order shipped with the flavor, size and frequency you selected.
We offer the ability to rush or pause a shipment, or to cancel your subscription at any time. Please read the Subscription FAQ for full instructions.
Are Grinds safe to use? Will these stain my teeth? Will these damage my gums and teeth?
Grinds is a healthy alternative to tobacco, which is full of cancer-causing carcinogens and addictive nicotine. Excessive use of Grinds will stain your teeth over time, similar to a heavy coffee drinker, so listen to the dentist and be diligent with your teeth brushing. However, we have no reason to believe that Grinds will cause damage to your teeth or gums.
What are the primary ingredients in Grinds?
a) Ingredients - Coffee, Water, Caffeine, Glycerin, Taurine, B-Vitamins, Guarana, Glucoronolactone, Sodium Benzoate, Caramel Color, Natural & Artificial Flavors.

d) Artificial vs Natural Flavoring - We use both artificial and natural flavors in Grinds Coffee Pouches.

How do I store my Grinds? How long before they expire?
The best way for you to store Grinds Coffee Pouches would be in a dry place while being kept at room temperature.
We have noticed fluctuating the temperature of the can, can lead to a decrease in flavor as well as moisture in the pouches.
Grinds are good for 6 months after purchase.

Is there an age restriction for using Grinds?
There is no age restriction for using Grinds Coffee Pouches, as there is no tobacco or nicotine in our product. However, we don’t promote to high school aged youth because we never want to provide a gateway for youth to find their way to chewing tobacco. If you love coffee or want to replace / satisfy the oral fixation associated with chewing tobacco, this product is for you.
What new flavors are you coming out with?
We don’t have an official schedule or timeline, and as such, can’t say which flavors, but we’re excited about what’s to come over the course of 2016 (and beyond)!
