No. Since Grinds is considered to be a coffee product and does not contain tobacco or nicotine, there is no age restriction to buy our product both online and in-store. However, store owners do reserve the right to refuse any sale they want. We always recommend getting permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing our product if you are a minor as Grinds does contain caffeine.

We are currently focusing our efforts in the US before bringing local distribution opportunities to Canada. We do have plans to make Grinds more accessible in Canada in the future. 

We are happy to say that we can ship anywhere in the world with a valid address. Orders going to Canada may take up to three weeks or more, however, because most of our packages get stopped at customs. Thank you for your patience as we scale our business so Grinds can be purchased in other countries.

GRINDS, or Grinds Coffee Pouches, are small pouches of flavored coffee that can help you feel sharp and focused throughout the day or night. They were originally designed as a healthy tobacco-free and nicotine-free alternative to smokeless tobacco. 

GRINDS has aided numerous people kick their smokeless tobacco habit and we hope to continue impacting the world of tobacco cessation for those who are ready to make a change.

Each GRINDS can contains approximately 18 pouches per can, packed with B-Vitamins for energy along with other important nutrients to keep you bright and alert throughout the day.

Grinds Coffee Pouches are designed to be placed between the cheek and gums just like you would use nicotine or tobacco. Just pop in a pouch or two and let the flavors brew. The energy will begin to flow from the grinds to you in minutes.

Once the pouch loses flavor, simply take it out and throw it away. For an added kick, you can throw in multiple pouches at a time.

Ultimately it is up to you. The best way to absorb the energy from each pouch is to swallow the flavor it produces. When you have a Grinds pouch in, you’re essentially brewing the coffee in your mouth.

If you’d like to spit, you can. Your body will still absorb the energy and caffeine, but in a slower, less deliberate manner. We always suggest using our product the way you use smokeless tobacco, if you are used to spitting to start so nothing changes about your habit for the first few weeks.

Yes! Grinds Coffee Pouches were originally designed to help smokeless tobacco users kick their habit. Quitting tobacco and nicotine can be a long and difficult process. Grinds Coffee Pouches are a great way to simulate the oral fixation that accompanies chewing tobacco. If you do not find a convenient location you can always order directly from us on our website or call us at (510) 763-1088 and we can take care of you.

If you just placed your order and realized that you sent it to the wrong address, don't panic. Call us at (510) 763-1088 right away between 8am - 4pm eastern time and we'll be able to get that changed for you. After 4pm, you can go ahead and leave us a voicemail and we'll check first thing the following business day. 

If you find out the order has been shipped to the wrong address already, follow the same instructions and one of our humans will figure something out for you.

We are happy to say that we can ship anywhere in the world with a valid address. Orders shipped to international addresses may take 21 business days or more, however, because most of our packages get stopped at customs. When you receive your tracking number via email, you can use that same tracking number to track your package through your country's government postal service.  Pricing onwww.getgrinds.com is in USD so conversion rates may apply.  

If you ever need to return any product that is unopened, we are happy to provide you with a return label for an equal exchange for a different flavor of your choosing. We have sometimes found that a neighbor or roommate could have picked up the package for you. If you can double check it would be greatly appreciated.

We have also experienced frequent situations where USPS accidentally updating tracking as delivered before they should and the packages show up a day or two later. If the delivery is still within the delivery window time, it may still show up. Feel free to contact us if you haven't received your package after the delivery window has passed and will definitely take care of you.

To manage your subscriptions simply sign into your getgrinds.com account and click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab on the left side of the window. From the subscriptions page you will be able to skip, pause, cancel, add product & reactivate your previous subscriptions. We have a subscription service available for Grinds Coffee Pouches that allows you to purchase our product to be shipped at a frequency of your choosing. You'll be charged for each individual shipment the morning they ship out to you.

To manage your subscriptions simply sign into your getgrinds.com account and click on the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS option. From the subscriptions page you will be able to cancel, swap/add product & reactivate your previous subscriptions. If you have an account, sign in and you will immediately be taken to a page that displays your order history. Click on the order that you want to track then click 'Track Package' under SHIPPING METHOD.

We'll also send you a shipment notification email once your order ships from our warehouse. In that email is a package tracking number. Click the tracking number, and it will redirect you to the courier's website where you can keep track of your order.

Great question! Everything you would typically find in an energy drink is in Grinds only without the sugar!  Below are the nutrition facts:

While Grinds Coffee Pouches is not a certified gluten-free product, it does not contain any gluten nor is it manufactured in a facility that handles products containing gluten making Grinds a great option for those with gluten sensitivity or a gluten allergy. We hope to be one day be officially gluten-free certified!

While Grinds Coffee Pouches is not a certified vegan product, it does not contain any animal product or animal-derived ingredients. This includes the glycerin that we use in our formula making Grinds a great option for our vegan friends. We hope to be one day be officially vegan certified!

Grinds Coffee Pouches are Nicotine Free and Tobacco Free. We are proud to call ourselves a healthy alternative to nicotine and tobacco. The active ingredient in Grinds is coffee and it's purpose is to give you a nice boost of energy from caffeine instead of tobacco. 

Each pouch of Grinds Coffee Pouches can be enjoyed up to 1 hour.

At this time, we do not have a version of our product that is loose coffee grounds. We've found that, since coffee grounds are granular, they easily get stuck in teeth so we decided to make pouches our only offering. It's possible that we may introduce something like this in the future but as of right now, pouches are what we're all about!

Since Grinds Coffee Pouches is a coffee-based product it can cause the teeth to stain the same way the prolonged use of coffee drinking does. We always recommend that our customers periodically place the pouch in other areas of their mouth that won't affect their smile.

Regular dental care and maintenance should prevent this from happening and we have heard that customers will chew whitening gum after using our product which helps prevent the teeth prevent from staining as well.

Acesulfame is an artificial sweetener found in many sports drinks and energy products.

With roughly 18 pouches contained in each can, each pouch is equal to about 1/4 cup of coffee or approximately 20-25mg of caffeine, which makes each entire can of Grinds Coffee Pouches add up to the caffeine equivalent of 4-5 cups of coffee. 

Our 2X pouches contain at least twice the caffeine, about 9 cups of coffee per can. 

Our new 4X Charged flavors contain 100mg of caffeine per pouch and 12 pouches per can.

The top compartment is designed to store a used pouch if you can’t immediately throw it away. Instead of throwing the pouch on the ground, store it in the top compartment until you find a trash can to dump the pouch in. 

You can use the extra lid to help open the cans as well by sliding it through the indented middle section where the two parts of the can meet. You can also use it to store small items easily lost in pockets.

All food ingredients in Grinds Coffee Pouches have already been FDA approved and are registered GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe). All of our dietary supplements are compliant with DSHEA (Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act). The FDA does not test and approve supplements, as they do with medicines, because their ingredients are classified differently than food.

Caffeine is already a natural appetite suppressant, so when it's combined with the simple act of having something flavorful in your mouth, Grinds Coffee Pouches can give you that oral sensation that keeps your mind off of food and fight cravings.
